Mitsubishi Heavy Industries has received from the American Airlines Trans States a large order. Trans States ordered 50 of the new Mitsubishi Regional Jet, with an option for 50 additional aircraft. Delivery is scheduled in 2014.The order is the second order for the Mitsubishi Regional Jet.

The seasonally adjusted unemployment rate in Japan in August fell to 5.5 percent überrraschend. In July they had reached a new record of 5.7 percent.
